Working with the design, narrative & animation crafts as well as individuals to aid person- al development, team dynamic, structure and health, where I specifically worked with an individual coming back to work from being burnt out and on sick leave.
Recruitment of new designers was an ongoing task, where I also happen found a great candidate to replace myself who so did after 3 months time.

I was asked to stay and form the role as a craft manager but for the producers of the Star Stable studio, a craft who at the time did not have such support or manager.
Different from the other crafts, this involved a great deal of improving working methodologies, stakeholder management and coach producers on their day to day work as well as product visions.
While we had producers relocating to Sweden I was also able to cover as a producer in the production.

Nordisk Kompetens are eager to quality assure the processes in order to make sure that all their clients get the same strong foundation and valuable support.
The coaching is customized to each individual, taking into account their unique person- ality, experience, need and potential since there cannot be one-size-fits all.
As a trained coach within ICF and further more certified CBT therapist, we aimed to provide interesting group-sessions, webinars, workshops, educations etc.
Very much driven by what the market is asking for, as well as the ask from our clients.

Working with EXOBOURNE as 1 of 2 producers. I had the full responsibility of content production including the following departments;

Main areas of responsibility was planning for each milestone and maintain pace to deliver at the end, engage and work with outsourcing partners as well as the yearly budgeting, mentor and coach leads as their manager, adjust and craft processes to accommodate the overall needs from both teams as well as stakeholders.
Formed and launched a stakeholder management system allowing a clearer view on stakeholder roles and desire to be involved in different stages of granularity.

Working as a Studio Art Director involving the studio art at a whole.
With a team of 15 artists I provided support and leadership, as well as working with Studio Leadership (Head of Studio, Studio Director and Producers) as a key contributor and driver for the studio strategy.
Formed and launched individual career paths and introducing the lead role which was assigned to three inhouse senior artists.
Providing hands on support to art leads and artists across the studio is to cover:
- Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our art processes.
- As a part of the studio art team actively lead, support, coach and develop individuals.
- Lead, develop and provide training needed to ensure we as individuals grow.
- Provide support for setting goals and personal development.
- Oversee artist capacity/skill requirements and ensure we are staffed according to our studio needs. This includes managing the hiring of artists into the studio as required.
- Facilitate good working partnerships between studio art and key partners such as Brand, Marketing and Insights.
- With the love for art and both studio development as well as individual development, I thrive to continue constant success and high team spirit.
